For festival visitors who would like to immerse themselves further, we have a number of additional workshop very special experiences, which can be purchased before the event below, including a number of new children activities.
Langham’s Brewery Tour
Come down and get a guided tour of the brilliant Langham Brewery, by one of Langham’s expert team. This tour of the brewery cumulates with a beautiful pint of Langham’s beer…Live the experience. Possibly the best pint in West Sussex!
Three start times are available for this 30 minute tour: 10am, 12.30pm, 3pm.
Sourdough Starter Workshop
Come down and meet the Festival’s very own sourdough expert who will give you everything you need to start your journey into sourdough baking. In this short workshop you will make your own starter, be shown how to look after your starter and finally be given a very simple recipe so that you can use your own starter and some delicious bread. You will leave this workshop with everything you need to start sourdough baking and caring for your starter.
Two start times are available for this 30m workshop: 12.30pm, 1pm
Junior Chef Workshops
We are chuffed to be able to offer three workshops designed for children":
Junior Chef Apron and Hat, during which participants will decorate their very own chef whites! £15, 30 mins, 10.15am.
Junior Chef Herb Garden, in which participants will learn about and build their own herb garden. £15, 30 mins, 11am.
Junior Chef Cress Head, in which participants will decorate a pot with a cress hair-do!
